Welcome and thanks for visiting my blog, I'm Lynn and I love photography. Aside from photography, I'm a wife and mother to a handsome, hard working husband and wonderful son. Ever since I was a little girl I've always loved people, art, light, and playing dress up and that’s the reason I decided to take up photography; because it’s an art that combines all the things I've loved all my life.

Vintage Fields Sacramento Outdoor Portrait Session | Rakhel

A couple of weeks ago I had the privilege of my baby sister Rakhel visiting me.  She's all grown up now, but she will always be my baby sister.  Rocky is one of four of my beautiful baby sisters and what sets her apart is her incredible sweetness.  She's the first to greet you at the door, the first to offer any help needed, and even though she's the first to borrow against her allowance, she's also the first to share every penny she has.

Since she was able to visit the entire day, we were able to do a few different looks.  This is the first of a three part series of Rocky's portrait session.  I love playing with actions and textures...  for these shots of Rocky in a field, I used a couple different actions from The Coffeeshop Blog (a great resource for photographers) + some textures.

Rakhel truly is a princess and I hope that she will forever embrace her sweetness.  :)
